This includes taking time to meditate (or maybe pray if you're so inclined), connect with your inner power, prioritize your daily activities including work and play (I like the 7 Habits Matrix using Urgent and Important as criteria), planning meals (tons of raw veggies are the cornerstone!), workouts, and sleep!
